WHAT POWER DOES THE SCANNER USE?

The SOL scanner and turntable are powered via USB.

Make sure to use USB 3.0 ports for the USB cables. If you use a USB Hub or splitter they need to be powered for the scanner to run.

If you connect the scanner via USB to a laptop it will run faster if the laptop is powered.
