REVERTING BACK INSTALLATION

While upgrades fix most problems there are times when an upgrade might not be compatible with a driver and needs to be reverted back while our team fixes the issue.

These steps are to revert you back to the previous version of the software.

Step 1

Please download the previous version 19.10:

Windows:

https://public-gs.s3.amazonaws.com/software/scandimension/sol/oldversions/2019.10/SOL.exe

macOS:

https://public-gs.s3.amazonaws.com/software/scandimension/sol/oldversions/2019.10/SOL.dmg

Step 2

Once downloaded, then double click or click "SOL".

Step 3

After the installation has been reverted, please re-run the SOL application software and confirm everything is running smoothly.

Note: 3D scans are not affected during the installation or reverting of the SOL software.
