The free SOL software consists of bothe SOL Creator and SOL Viewer.
The SOL Viewer can be used without connection to the scanner. If you have a 3D file, you can open and view it with the SOL Viewer. The SOL Viewer supports the file formats: OBJ, PLY, STL, DAE and XYZ.
The SOL Creator software is used in conjunction with the scanner - when creating a scan - and cannot be tried out without the scanner.
