Error retrieving guaranteed timestamp. Check the internet connection and run the application again. [Err. 0x1200:05]

This is usually because the PC connected to the scanner doesn't have internet access. On the first power up of the software and scanner, the software connects to our servers to confirm the serial number and registration. After the first time, the software does not require internet access.

 

Also, if using a company internet, make sure the firewall is not blocking it. Maybe try an independent internet connection for the first time.
