How do I get technical support?

For support on the original SOL 3D scanner (orange coloured) please use this contact support link or the chatbot in the bottom right hand corner of the main scandimension website. Make sure to indicate the correct model scanner, and provide the serial number. This includes SOL 3D scanners purchased from our genuine Scandimension Amazon site.


For support on the SOL Pro 3D scanner (red coloured), you will need go back to the distributor/reseller you purchased the scanner from. We do not directly support the SOL Pro, as we do not sell this model directly to customers.

Please note: We do not sell the SOL Pro though Amazon, so if you have purchased a SOL Pro scanner from any Amazon store and need technical support, please locate the seller name on your order and contact them directly for first level support.
