HOW DO I SOLVE THE PROBLEM WHEN THE SOFTWARE SAYS THAT THE ‘CAMERA IS NOT FOUND’?

Check all the USB connections and then restart the program. If using a HUB, connect the USB individually to see if that resolves the problem.

While scanning there are times when a cable becomes loose. If using a USB hub or splitter, connect directly.

Verify cables and USB connections and try again.

If it continues please reboot your computer and resume.
