How do I solve the problem when the software says that the 'camera is not found'?
Check all the USB connections and then restart the program. If using a HUB, connect the USB individually to see if that resolves the problem.
While scanning there are times when a cable becomes loose. If using a USB hub or splitter, connect directly, and make sure that the HUB is powered.
Verify cables and USB connections and try again.
If it continues please reboot your computer and resume.
