I Recieved the message: Automatic distance determination has failed. Did you remove the object. 0x5000:06

Verify that the object is still on the turntable during each scanning pass.

Verify that the cables are not loose and that nothing is on the turntable during calibration.

Ensure if during a 2nd scan pass that the object did not move, change or light exposed.

Verify USB connections (if a HUB is used or splitter they should be powered) connect each cable directly and try again. It might have been a connection error with the turntable.
