While calibration there are times when the turn-table cables are not turning to calibrate the device correctly. Verify that the cables are not loose and that nothing is on the turn-table during calibration.
Verify the security of the camera on the arm rail and that all screws are secure. If the error persists, please contact us for further instructions.
Verify USB connections (if a HUB is used or SPLITTER) connect each cable directly and try again.
