First reboot your computer.

Verify that you can create a folder or save files on your computer. This error might be caused by incompatible drivers, low hard-drive space, compressed/read-only drive or corrupted registry keys within your operating system.

Check that your computer meets the system requirements for scanning - go to the System Requirements page.

Install the latest version of SOL and if the error persists, contact us for further instruction.
