While calibration there are times when the turntable cables are not turning to calibrate the device correctly. Verify that the cables are not loose and that nothing is on the turn-table during calibration.
Verify USB connections and use only USB 3.0 ports (if using a USB hub it should be powered) connect each cable directly and try again.
