First reboot your computer.
Verify that the cables are not loose and that nothing is on the turntable during calibration.
Verify USB connections (if a HUB is used or a splitter they need to be powered) connect each cable directly and try again.
Install the latest version of the SOL software and if the error persists, contact us for further instruction.
