While calibration there are times when the turn-table cables are not turning to calibrate the device correctly. Verify that the cables are not loose. Verify USB connections (if a HUB is used or SPLITTER) connect each cable directly and try again.

In addition, verify that nothing is on the turn-table during calibration.

Do NOT switch from near to far mode or vice versa after the scanner has calibrated.
