While calibrating there are times when the turntable cables are not turning to calibrate the device correctly. Verify that the cables are not loose. Verify USB connections, if a USB hub or splitter is used they should be powered, if not then connect each cable directly and try again.

In addition, verify that nothing is on the turn-table during calibration.

Also don't switch from near to far mode or vice versa after the scanner has calibrated.
