First, secure the camera on the arm and all cables

Ensure that you have the newest version of the software has been installed: Click here

Verify nothing is obstructing the camera and that the object is on the turn-table after the calibration has been completed. Make sure the scanner is placed inside the tent with the cover on top to get best scanning environment.
