While calibrating there are times when the turntable cables are not turning to calibrate the device correctly. Verify that the cables are not loose and that nothing is on the turntable during calibration.

Verify USB connections (if a USB hub is used or USB splitter is used they need to be powered) connect each cable directly and try again.
