Our products have a manufacturer's warranty covering parts and in-factory assembly items for up to two years, depending on the location of the sale. We follow country regulations, which are:
- 12 months for the USA
- 24 months for the EU
Proof of purchase, in the form of a receipt or verification of sale within our sales systems, is required to be eligible for the warranty program.
If you believe your unit is defective, please contact us and we will help assess the performance of the unit.
When a unit is authorized for replacement under the warranty program, a shipping label for the return of the device will be sent to you electronically. Once the carrier has picked up the problematic unit, a new scanner will be sent to you.
