MY HUB ISN'T WORKING

Make sure you are using a USB 3.0 port.

Please note that a lot of users have problems with USB hubs, and you can not expect the scanner to work with USB hubs or USB splitters unless they are powered.

Do you still have problems? Check all the USB connections are working and restart the program.

Replacement USB Cables can be purchased through our website as well.
