MY HUB ISN'T WORKING

Check all the USB connections and then restart the program.

USB hubs offer differning levels of quality for your connection and power to the scanner and turntable.

If you are using a HUB, verify that all cables are undamaged and try connecting the USB cables directly to the computer without using the hub to see if that resolves the problem.
