Check that the cables are secure to the turntable. Usually this error occurs if the scanner cannot see all the markers on the turntable.

Although it seems to be often overlooked, cleaning your turn table is quite important. Dust, power spray, etc can interfere with calibration. SOL uses the dots on the turntable in a dark setting to calibrate the scanner correctly for the scan.
