WHY ISN'T MY SCANNER BEING DETECTED?

Make sure you use a USB 3.0 port which is needed for the scanner to work.

Please note that a lot of users have problems with USB hubs, and you cannot expect the scanner to work with USB Hubs unless they are powered.

If your scanner is still not detected please restart the program and try again before contacting support.
